### Regulations of the Kinmen County Cultural Park Management Office  
 
**Article 1**  
These regulations are formulated in accordance with Article 9 of the Kinmen County Cultural Affairs Bureau Organizational Regulations.  
 
**Article 2**  
The Kinmen County Cultural Park Management Office (hereafter referred to as "the Office") shall appoint a Director who, under the instructions of the Director-General of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, oversees the operations of the Office and supervises its staff.  
 
**Article 3**  
The Office is responsible for various tasks, including museum promotion, publicity, publication of materials, exhibitions, and event planning. It provides guidance, supervision, and evaluation for individuals and organizations involved in museum operations and assists with emergency response.  
 
It also handles the collection, registration, preservation, exhibition, and conservation of historical artifacts, as well as the revision, interpretation, and issuance of regulations related to cultural heritage. Additionally, it oversees the training of conservation professionals, research on conservation science, techniques, and methodologies, and provides educational services and technical consulting.  
 
Administrative duties, such as general affairs, property management, procurement, documentation, seal management, research and evaluation, and personnel management, also fall under the Office’s responsibilities.  
 
**Article 4**  
The Office shall employ staff, technical assistants, and administrative officers as necessary.  
 
**Article 5**  
Personnel management shall be handled by a Human Resources Officer appointed by the Kinmen County Cultural Affairs Bureau, following applicable laws and regulations.  
 
**Article 6**  
Accounting duties, including budgeting, accounting, and statistics, shall be managed by an Accounting Officer appointed by the Kinmen County Cultural Affairs Bureau, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.  
 
**Article 7**  
The ranks, grades, and number of positions listed in these regulations shall be determined in a separate staffing plan. All titles and their corresponding ranks shall follow the classification standards outlined in the official position grading system.  
 
**Article 8**  
The Office shall prepare a detailed chart of responsibilities and submit it to the Kinmen County Government for approval.  
 
**Article 9**  
The effective date of these regulations shall be determined by an order from the Kinmen County Government.
